Ingredients (6 portions)

Dough:

Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Wheat flour 3 cup
Water 1 cup
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Dry yeast 1 tbsp

Filling:

Onion 1 pc
Tomatoes 6 pc
Salt to taste
Hard cheese 50 g
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Italian herbs to taste

Recipe instructions

Mix warm water, yeast, sugar, salt and vegetable oil in a bowl. Add flour and knead the dough. Place the kneaded dough in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise.

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out each part to the size of the multicooker bowl.

Grease the bowl with vegetable oil and place the dough there. Spread the dough with tomato paste.

Place onions and tomatoes on top of the tomato paste and add salt to taste.

Coat the tomatoes with mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese and Italian herbs.
