How to make vegetarian pizza? Start cooking with the dough. How to make the dough? Sift the flour into a large bowl, add fine salt, sugar, and a pinch of herbs. It is important to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baked goods will turn out airy and rise well during baking.

Add dry yeast (the smaller the granules, the better).

Stir dry ingredients and then add warm water. It is important that the water is warm and not hot, which will kill living yeast organisms. Stir gently.

Pour in vegetable oil. It is preferable to use olive oil, but regular vegetable oil will do. Knead the dough with your hands. It should become homogeneous and smooth, not sticky, but still remain soft. Place the dough in a warm place to rise for 40 minutes, covering the bowl with a towel.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. How to make sauce? Heat vegetable oil for frying in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion until translucent.

Add tomato paste, salt, water, and herbs to the onion. Stir, bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.

The dough should double in size during proofing. Knead it a little, lightly dusting it with flour. Then spread as thin a layer as possible in a mold greased with vegetable oil or on a baking sheet.

Place the tops of the broccoli florets, boiled in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.
