Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Garlic (granulated) 5 g
Salt 15 g
Pepper 3 g
bell pepper 170 g
Dill 25 g
Parmesan 45 g
Gelatin 20 g
Chicken 1800 g

Cut the chicken into clean fillets, leaving the skin on.

Beat, cover with cling film.

We will need a baking sleeve.

Place the chicken fillet on the prepared sleeve for wicking, sprinkle with salt, pepper, gelatin, cheese, chopped herbs, garlic and lay out the chopped sweet pepper.

We wrap it tightly in our sleeve and pinch the edges just as tightly. Transfer the roll to a cooking dish, tucking the tails under the bottom. After the water has boiled, cook for 30 minutes over low heat.

We transfer the roll into a flat dish and put a little pressure on it. Place in a cool place for at least 8 hours.
