Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Parsley 40 g
Pork 500 g
Processed cheese 60 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Prepare all ingredients. Choose lean pork, preferably carbonated pork. It is better to take processed cheese in a tub rather than in a briquette, and it is also better if it is classic without any flavoring additives. In a bath, cheese is more delicate in taste and softer in texture than in briquettes, and it is easier to work with. It is preferable to choose parsley or dill as greens; you can combine them.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the pork thoroughly under water, pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, and use a sharp knife to cut into large slices. Place the meat on a board, cover with cling film or a plastic bag and pound the meat with a hammer.

Step 3

Step 3
Rinse fresh greens under water, then shake off the water, dry the greens a little and chop them. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into slices using a knife.

Step 4

Step 4
Rub the pounded layer of pork on both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Coat the top of the pork with melted cream cheese.

Step 5

Step 5
Evenly distribute chopped herbs and sliced garlic on top.

Step 6

Step 6
Carefully roll the pork into a tight roll and tie with thick, strong thread. If there is no such thread, then you can use regular thread in four layers. Below the recipe there is more detailed instructions on how to dress the meat.

Step 7

Step 7
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the resulting pork roll on top, seam side down. Place the baking sheet with the roll in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 1 hour. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven.

Step 8

Step 8
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place the finished roll on a board. Free the roll from the thread, just be careful, as you can burn your hands. Cut the pork roll into portions and serve immediately while it is still hot.
