Cookies Cracker 60 g
Cream cheese 200 g
Salami 230 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients — cut the peeled half of the bell pepper into thin strips or small cubes, cut the cheese into cubes and let it sit at room temperature for about ten minutes, or better yet, take it out of the refrigerator in advance, so it will roll out better. Cut the salami into very thin slices or it is better to take ready-made slices.

Step 2

Step 2
Cover a cutting board with cling film, arrange the cheese cubes evenly and cover with another layer of cling film on top. Using a rolling pin, carefully roll the cheese into a thin oval layer.

Step 3

Step 3
Remove the top layer of film and place the salami slices over the surface of the cheese oval, slightly overlapping, to form a layer of sausage without gaps. Cover the top with cling film and roll lightly with a rolling pin so that the sausage is connected to the cheese layer. Then carefully turn the layers over so that the cheese is on top. Remove the film from the cheese and sprinkle with diced sweet pepper. Roll the rolling pin through the film again to combine the pepper with the cheese. Remove the film.

Step 4

Step 4
Using the bottom layer of film, roll the layers into a tight salami roll, facing up. Place in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours, or overnight. Before serving, remove the film and cut the roll into small pieces into 12 servings. Place each piece on a cracker and serve.
