To prepare a marble roll, we take chicken breast, gelatin, spices and salt, dill and garlic. We will also need a baking bag. We will prepare the proportions of the listed products according to the list.

Cut the chicken breast into medium cubes.

Finely chop the dill and garlic cloves.

Place the chopped chicken meat in a bowl, add gelatin, salt and spices, chopped garlic and dill, mix everything well.

Place the mixture for the roll in a baking bag.

We tie the bag with the roll mixture tightly so that the mixture can be formed into a sausage.

Place the tied bag in an oblong baking dish.

Place the mold in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
