Simply delicious and even beautiful, although not a dessert.. This recipe uses pork neck meat, but you can also use other parts of the fillet. I like juicy meat.

Pork 1.5 kg
Cowberry 100 g

Cut the meat lengthwise, not all the way through, and open it with a book.

Mix lingonberries, honey, rosemary and cognac with a blender into a homogeneous mass.
