How to make a red fish and cheese appetizer? Prepare your ingredients. Curd cheese can have additives, choose it to your taste. I have it with greens. We need red fish in the form of fillet plates, completely without bones. Some packages leave bones behind, so remove them from the fish.

Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes. If you wish, you can peel them, especially if they are hard. Instead of pickled cucumbers, you can use pickled cucumbers.

Transfer the cream cheese to a salad bowl. Add chopped cucumbers to it. Mix well. If you have regular cottage cheese without additives, you can add chopped dill to it.
