How to make chicken roll in a bottle with gelatin at home? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. The exact same roll can be made from any other meat: pork, turkey, beef. If the peas are frozen, defrost them first. Also prepare a plastic liter bottle for forming the roll.

Wash the chicken, dry it and cut it into portions.

Place the chicken, whole peeled carrots and onion into the pan. Add salt. Pour in enough water to completely cover the meat. Place the pan over medium heat and bring the water to a boil. Strain about 200 ml of broth from the pan into a separate container. Add swollen gelatin, dry garlic, ground pepper and, if necessary, salt to the hot broth.
