Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a lavash roll with crab sticks and cheese? Prepare your ingredients. Take fresh, thin, large lavash. Crab sticks, if they were frozen, defrost first. This is done fairly quickly at room temperature. Choose good quality cheeses, without milk fat substitutes.

Step 2

Step 2
Hard-boil the eggs first. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Cool and peel the eggs, then grate them on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Step 3
You can grate crab sticks or grind them in a blender. To make this more convenient, rub them not completely defrosted.

Step 4

Step 4
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.

Step 5

Step 5
Wash the dill, dry and finely chop.

Step 6

Step 6
Unfold the lavash sheet and spread it evenly with cream cheese. If desired, you can add mayonnaise or any other sauce to taste.

Step 7

Step 7
Sprinkle dill on top of the pita bread.

Step 8

Step 8
Next, add a layer of grated cheese and a layer of boiled eggs.

Step 9

Step 9
Distribute the grated crab sticks evenly on top.

Step 10

Step 10
Roll the pita bread tightly along the shorter side.

Step 11

Step 11
Wrap the roll in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to cool and soak. Before serving, cut the roll into pieces.
