Cheese and Garlic Ham Rolls

Measure out all the ingredients listed in the recipe. Which ham should you choose? Check the ingredients for soy, starch and flavorings. Natural ham is made from pork. Other types of meat in the composition are undesirable. It is convenient to buy ready-made slices, so the slices will be the same size, shape and thickness. Or cut it yourself into thin circles no more than 2-3 mm thick. If you cut the slices thicker, they will break when twisted.

Peel the garlic. Pass the cloves through a press. Adjust the amount of garlic according to your taste. You can use less or more than what is indicated in the recipe.

In a suitable size container, combine cheese, processed cheese and garlic. Season with mayonnaise. You can replace it with natural yogurt, sour cream, or mix mayonnaise and sour cream in equal proportions.
