Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Champignon 150 g
Mayonnaise 50 g
Dill 30 g
Processed cheese 150 g
Lavash thin (One sheet of thin pita bread) 100 g
Smoked chicken (I used smoked pork in the recipe.) 300 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Letʼs prepare all the ingredients. You can take any meat — pork, beef, chicken, this time I took boiled-smoked pork. Processed cheese can be replaced with regular hard cheese. Letʼs start preparing the roll by preparing the filling. We remember the cheese with a fork, adding a little mayonnaise to it. If the cheese is not very soft, you can grate it on a fine grater.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the smoked meat into small cubes. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until tender, let the mushrooms cool. Chop the dill with a knife. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix well — the filling is ready.

Step 3

Step 3
Place a sheet of lavash on a smooth, clean surface, distribute the filling over it and roll tightly into a roll. Place the roll in a bag or wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 2 – 3 hours.
