Eggs 2 pc
Vinegar (9 %) 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Greenery to taste
cucumbers 1 pc

How to make a salad with chicken and pickled onions? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The proportions for the salad are approximate and you can change them a little to your taste. Boil the chicken fillet in boiling water in advance for about 30 minutes and cool.

Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and cut into half rings or slightly smaller. Place the chopped onion in a bowl and cover with cold water. Add vinegar. Leave to stand for 25-30 minutes to marinate the onions. It will become very fragrant. Then place the onion in a strainer and drain off all the liquid. Sprinkle a little water.

Pour water over the eggs, put on the fire and bring to a boil. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs by pouring cold water over them. Peel the cooled eggs from their shells. Cut the chicken meat into small cubes.
