Smoked Chicken and Egg Salad with Pickled Mushrooms

Eggs 3 pc
Hard cheese 30 g
Mayonnaise 6 tbsp
Canned champignons 150 g
Smoked chicken 200 g

To prepare the salad, separate the smoked chicken fillet from the bones.

Finely chop the chicken fillet and place a little in a portion pan as the first layer. Press firmly so that the finished salad does not fall apart. Lubricate this layer and all subsequent ones with mayonnaise.

Finely chop the canned champignons and place a second layer on the chicken.

Peel the finished boiled eggs from their shells and grate them on a coarse grater.
