How to make a salad with fresh cucumber, peas and sour cream? Prepare your food. You will need canned peas; choose good quality, tasty ones. You can replace sour cream with mayonnaise completely or take sour cream and mayonnaise in a 1:1 ratio. Sour cream must be fresh, natural, high quality, and pleasant to your taste.

Rinse fresh cucumbers thoroughly, if necessary, using a brush. Cut off the ends. Cut the cucumbers into small slices and place in a bowl.

Place the canned peas in a sieve to drain all the liquid. Add it to the bowl with the cucumbers. Stir.

Season the salad with sour cream. Add some salt. To suit your taste, you can add spices, such as ground black pepper, Svan salt, and a little suneli hop. You can take not ordinary salt, but Indian black salt, then the finished dish will acquire a light and unobtrusive taste of egg. A pinch of turmeric will give a subtle yellow tint.
