Cervelat 300 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with Korean carrots and croutons? Prepare your food. You can use carrots for salad either ready-made or home-made. Instead of cervelat, you can take any other smoked sausage or ham. It’s better not to take the boiled one — it’s too neutral in taste, and the sausage should add its own flavor.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the cucumbers well and cut off the ends. Be sure to taste them — bitter fruits will ruin the whole salad. If the skin is not thick, you don’t have to cut it off. But for old fruits it is better to cut it off. Cut the prepared cucumbers into strips.

Step 3

Step 3
Remove the casing from the sausage. Cut it into the same strips as cucumbers.

Step 4

Step 4
Place chopped cucumbers, sausage in a salad bowl, add carrots and croutons. It is better to use rye croutons for salad. Both ready-made and home-cooked are suitable. If you use store-bought ones, pay attention to their taste so that it is in harmony with other products in the salad. You can also add a minced clove of garlic, I did not add it.

Step 5

Step 5
Add mayonnaise to the bowl and toss the salad. Serve it immediately, as over time the croutons in the composition will become soggy and lose their crispness. If you prepare the salad in advance, do not add the croutons right away, but add them before serving. You can serve the salad either in a regular salad bowl or by laying it out using a cooking ring. Bon appetit!
