How to quite simply and quickly prepare a hearty Olivier salad with boiled vegetables and beef in sauce, which many will definitely like for its wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices to prepare an original classic salad for the holiday table.

To prepare the salad, take half a small head of onion and chop it very finely, then place the chopped onion in a small bowl and pour boiling water over it so that it does not become bitter and becomes softer.

Cut four hundred and fifty grams of boiled potatoes into small cubes, then take a large bowl and place the potatoes in it.
