Champignon 200 g
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
Greenery (for serving) to taste

How to make Salad Night with Chicken? Prepare the following ingredients. You can use smoked chicken breast instead of smoked leg. Boiled eggs — two large or three small — I have small eggs, I took three. Drain liquid from canned mushrooms.

Grind the prepared ingredients: cut the leg and chop the pulp; cut the champignons if you have whole ones (I have them already chopped in a jar); Divide the eggs into white and yolk — grate the white on a coarse grater, the yolk on a fine grater; Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

The salad will be in layers. You can serve it in a common salad bowl, or you can serve it in portions. Place the first layer of chopped smoked chicken. Spread a little mayonnaise.
