Ingredients (1 portion)

Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Sugar (no slide) 1 tsp
Ginger (fresh, grated, 0.5-1.5 teaspoon) to taste
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Paprika 0.5 tsp
Cabbage (Chinese cabbage bok choy) 300 g
Sesame 1 tsp

How to make warm Chinese cabbage salad? Prepare all the products indicated in the recipe. It is permissible to replace fresh ginger with dry ground one, and instead of vegetable oil, take olive oil or, even better, if you have sesame oil.

Rinse each bok choy leaf in cold water and pat dry. Separate the green part of the leaf from the white.

Cut the white, fleshy stem into small pieces.

Grind the green part of the bok choy in the same way.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the white cabbage pieces in the pan and fry over high heat, stirring, for about a minute.

Add green bok choy leaves to the pan, stir and cook for a few seconds.

Peel the garlic and ginger, rinse and dry. The amount of these components can be increased or decreased to suit your taste. Add finely grated ginger and garlic to the cabbage. Add sugar, paprika and ground black pepper. Stir and leave on the stove for a minute or two.

Salt the finished dish to taste and remove the pan from the heat.
