How to make a delicious salad with avocado and egg? Very easy and simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list.

Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them in half. I took some yellow cherry tomatoes for color. If using regular tomatoes, cut them into slices. Tomatoes need to be juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during cutting and cooking, they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Peel each half and cut into slices. I cut it into semicircles — this is how the avocado looks beautiful in a salad. It is important to peel the avocados in this order. After all, avocado contains essential oils and after removing the peel the fruit becomes slippery. You may cut yourself when cutting it in half.

Peel the red onion and cut into thin half rings. If you wish, you can marinate the onions in a mixture of vinegar and sugar for 20 minutes.

Boil the eggs soft-boiled (2-3 minutes) or hard-boiled (9-10 minutes), cool, peel and cut into slices or circles.

In a bowl, combine lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, onion and parsley. You can add salt to the salad, but I usually don’t add salt to salads with mayonnaise. Pour lemon juice over everything and mix gently.
