Eggs (maybe 3) 2 pc
Potato (small or 1 medium) 2 pc

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Ingredients.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut white bread into thin small pieces. These will be the hedgehogʼs "needles". Boil the chicken in salted water until cooked. We cook vegetables and eggs. Letʼs cool everything down.

Step 3

Step 3
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and add salt to taste. I mix a little with mayonnaise, so the salad turns out juicier. You can place a layer on a dish and spread mayonnaise only on top (as you like).

Step 4

Step 4
We lay the potato layer, giving it an elongated hedgehog shape. Lubricate the top with mayonnaise.

Step 5

Step 5
Finely chop the chicken, add a little mayonnaise and mix.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the chicken on the potato layer. Lubricate if desired. We lay subsequent layers so that the shape of the hedgehog narrows towards the top.

Step 7

Step 7
The next layer is smoked sausage cheese, grated on a coarse grater. Here you can press down the hedgehog’s face a little from above.

Step 8

Step 8
The next layer is carrots. Salt to taste.

Step 9

Step 9
Then rub the yolk on top and grease it a little.

Step 10

Step 10
Grind the last three whites on a fine grater. We do not lubricate the top.

Step 11

Step 11
And finally, we give the hedgehog “needles” made from crackers. Cut eyes and nose from prunes. The Hedgehog salad is ready. We put it in the refrigerator to soak a little. Bon appetit!
