How to make Shishka salad with almonds? Prepare the indicated products. You need to take smoked chicken; if it is unavailable, you can replace it with boiled chicken. Pre-boil the potatoes in their skins, boil the eggs until fully cooked and cool. You can take any cheese, with a mildly expressed taste. Mayonnaise for salad dressing, you can use a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. Almonds should be roasted. Prepare a festive dish to serve the salad on the table.

My potatoes are boiled with their skins on, but you can also take them boiled without skins. Peel the boiled potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Add about 1 — 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, mix. If the potatoes have not been salted beforehand, then you should salt them at this step. I will lay out the salad in the form of two cones, but you can also lay it out in the form of one or three at once. Place the potatoes on a dish in the form of two ovals, imitating the shape of a cone.

I take a leg for the salad. It needs to be milled. Cut the finished pulp into small cubes, add a spoonful of mayonnaise, mix. Place the smoked leg in a second layer, following the given shape.
