Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make Emerald Scatter salad? Prepare the necessary ingredients. I used chicken fillet, but you can use thighs or drumsticks.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the chicken and boil in salted water. To make the salad meat more juicy, be sure to immerse the chicken in boiling water. Cook the chicken over moderate heat until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the broth and cool.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash the pre-peeled onions and cut into small cubes. To remove excess bitterness from the onion, I poured boiling water over it for 15 minutes. But this is optional.

Step 4

Step 4
Boil the eggs hard for 7-8 minutes from the moment they boil. Drain the water. Pour cold water over the eggs to cool and remove shells better. Grate the cooled peeled eggs on a coarse grater.

Step 5

Step 5
Finely chop the chicken into cubes or strips. It should be completely cool.

Step 6

Step 6
Grind the cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 7

Step 7
Wash the tomatoes and dry them. Cut the tomatoes into large cubes. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during the process of cutting and cooking they will spread into a shapeless mass.

Step 8

Step 8
Place an even layer of shredded chicken on a flat plate.

Step 9

Step 9
Then add chopped onion.

Step 10

Step 10
Apply mayonnaise mesh.

Step 11

Step 11
Lay out each subsequent layer with a slightly smaller diameter so that the salad eventually takes on the shape of a slide. Spread the next layer of grated cheese.

Step 12

Step 12
Grease the cheese layer with mayonnaise.

Step 13

Step 13
Place the chopped tomatoes and the mayonnaise mesh again. Apply mayonnaise to the sides of the salad as well.

Step 14

Step 14
Cover the top and sides of the salad with grated eggs. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour, covering with cling film.

Step 15

Step 15
Before serving, garnish the salad with kiwi. Wash the fruits and remove the skins. Cut some of the kiwi into small cubes, place it around the bottom and on top of the salad. Cut the rest into half rings and place on the sides. You can decorate the kiwi salad as you wish.

Step 16

Step 16
Bon appetit!
