How to make a salad with crab sticks, rice and egg? Prepare your food. Boil rice and eggs in advance and cool. I recommend using steamed rice for the salad; it will not stick together during and after cooking. Open the can of corn and drain the liquid. Thaw the sticks, if they were frozen.

How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Cut the peeled eggs into small cubes.

Peel the crab sticks. The film in which each stick is wrapped is sometimes difficult to remove. To make the process easier, hold the chopsticks over the steam for 1-3 seconds. Cut them into cubes as well as eggs — then the salad will look neater.

How to cook rice? Rinse the cereal well under running cool water to remove the starch, which causes the rice to stick together after cooking. Boil water in a saucepan, lightly salt it, not too much, as the salad will be dressed with mayonnaise. Place rice into boiling water. Cook it, stirring, for 20-25 minutes, depending on the variety. Then drain the rice into a sieve and cool completely. Place all salad ingredients in a bowl. Add salt to taste.

Add mayonnaise. Stir. Salad ready. You can serve it to the table immediately in a salad bowl.

Or use a cooking ring to serve. The salad is quite crumbly, so it is better to make small portions into rings.
