Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Chicken fillet 250 g
Feta 100 g
Pickles 100 g
Olives 30 g
Olives 30 g
bell pepper 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Garlic 2 clove
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste

Refueling:

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

How to make Spicy salad? Very simple. To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can start cooking with dressing. Any vegetable oil will do. You can supplement the dressing with wine or apple cider vinegar or honey.

In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Beat everything with a fork until smooth

Now prepare all the other ingredients according to the list. You can replace or supplement the vegetable part to your liking. You can replace feta with feta cheese, fetax or other soft cheese.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it lengthwise into 2-3 pieces.

Peel the garlic and cut into slices.

Cut the feta into small cubes.

Cut the cucumbers into semicircles. If you have gherkins, like me, then in circles.

Cut the red onion into half rings.

Peel the bell pepper from seeds and stems and cut into strips.

In a frying pan over high heat, heat 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and fry the chicken fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. The exact frying time depends on the size of your fillet and the heat setting. I like my chicken to have a crispy crust. Salt the fillet. If desired, you can sprinkle with other spices to taste.

Cool the fried fillet and cut into small pieces.

Heat the remaining vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic and fry until fragrant. If desired, remove garlic from pan. I left. If you want the salad to be spicier, you can add chopped chili pepper along with the garlic.

Add onion and bell pepper to the pan and fry, stirring, for 4-5 minutes. Finally, lightly salt the vegetables. Remove the pan from the heat and cool the vegetables.

In a salad bowl, combine fried chicken, pickled cucumbers, fried onions and bell peppers, black olives. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
