Hearty Mushroom, Egg, and Cheese Salad

Simple, quick, made from ordinary products! Salad with mushrooms, eggs and cheese is a hearty and tasty snack that won’t take much time to prepare. It doesn’t have to be laid out in layers and in a ring; you can simply mix the ingredients in a salad bowl.

Basic:

Salt to taste
Eggs 3 pc
Hard cheese 60 g
Vegetable oil (for frying) 2 tbsp
Champignon 200 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp

How to make a salad with mushrooms, eggs and cheese? Prepare your food. Boil the eggs first and cool. You can use store-bought or homemade mayonnaise.

Gently wipe the mushrooms with a wet sponge so that they do not absorb too much moisture — this will make the champignons tasteless and watery. Then dry them with a paper towel.

Cut the champignons into small pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan for frying. Place mushrooms in it. Fry them, stirring, over medium heat. Be sure to salt the champignons during the process — then the mushrooms will immediately release their juice and cook faster. Fry them until the liquid has evaporated and they are lightly golden.

Cut the peeled eggs into cubes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can take any variety, as long as the cheese is natural and tasty.

Next, you can mix all the ingredients, season them with mayonnaise and serve. Or you can lay it out using a cooking ring. Place the ring on a flat plate. I put lettuce leaves on it. Place the first layer of fried mushrooms. Compact them and apply a mesh of mayonnaise on top. To do this, put the sauce in a cooking bag (or a regular bag) and cut off the tip.

Place a second layer of chopped eggs. Also apply mayonnaise mesh on them.

Place the last layer of grated cheese. Press it down and make a mayonnaise grid on top again.

Remove the lettuce from the ring. Decorate the top with slices of fried mushrooms and herbs. Serve the salad to the table. Bon appetit!
