Champignon 250 g
Salted cucumbers 120 g

How to make a salad with fried champignons and cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Cucumbers for salad can be taken not only salted, but also pickled. Choose the cheese to your taste, the main thing is that it is easy to grate. Wash the champignons to remove dirt. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool them in cold water.

Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Pour some vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and add chopped onion. Fry it for a minute until translucent.

Finely chop the champignons and place them in the pan with the onions. Stir and fry everything together for another 5-7 minutes. At first, juice will appear from the mushrooms, but during frying it will evaporate and the mushrooms will begin to fry.
