You can take bell peppers of any color or several colors at once. Fresh cucumber, medium size. My cabbage is white, but it will also be delicious with Chinese cabbage.

First of all, boil the chicken. Place it in boiling water and cook over low heat for 25-30 minutes. Add some salt. Then remove the chicken meat from the broth, cool and chop.
