cucumbers 1 pc
Cherry tomatoes 6 pc
Canned corn 50 g
Dandelion (leaves) 50 g

How to make dandelion salad? First, prepare all the necessary ingredients. For the salad, it is advisable to take cherry tomatoes, as they have a sweet taste, which makes the dish tastier and more interesting. You can use your favorite herbs and spices if you wish.

Rinse the dandelion leaves thoroughly under cold water and pre-soak in cold water to remove excess bitterness. You don’t have to do this, especially if the dandelions are very young. If you wish, you can also add dandelion flowers to the salad, then they will definitely need to be soaked for an hour in salted water.
