Hard cheese 300 g
Carrot 100 g
Mayonnaise (taste) 4 tbsp
Canned corn 200 g
Smoked sausage 300 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with smoked sausage and cheese? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Any sausage and cheese will do, choose according to your taste. Immediately drain the canned corn in a colander so that all the liquid is gone and the salad does not become watery.

Step 2

Step 2
Take a large bowl that will fit all the ingredients and make it easy to mix. Grate the cheese into it on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Step 3
Remove the packaging from the sausage and cut into strips.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel and rinse the carrots. It is best to wash with a brush or hard sponge under running water. Grate Korean carrots or, like I did, cut into strips, like sausage.

Step 5

Step 5
Peel, wash and chop the garlic in any way convenient for you. I put it through the press.

Step 6

Step 6
Then add the canned corn to the bowl with all the ingredients.

Step 7

Step 7
Mix well until smooth. Before serving, season the salad with mayonnaise. And, if necessary, add salt and pepper. The saltiness and spiciness of mayonnaise is enough for me, so I don’t add any salt or pepper. Serve the salad in a large salad bowl or in portions; you can garnish with corn and herbs.
