Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with crab sticks, croutons and beans? Prepare your ingredients. We will need: 200 g crab sticks; 200 g canned red beans; 50 g rye bread crackers; 2 eggs; 1 clove of garlic; 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the crab sticks from the factory film and cut into small pieces.

Step 3

Step 3
Boil the eggs hard, peel and cut into small cubes.

Step 4

Step 4
Place the canned beans in a sieve. Then rinse.

Step 5

Step 5
You can take ready-made store-bought crackers without additives. I prefer to make these croutons myself. To do this, cut the rye bread into small cubes, place on a baking sheet and dry in the oven, stirring occasionally.

Step 6

Step 6
Pass the garlic through a press. Pour vegetable oil into the garlic and stir.

Step 7

Step 7
Pour aromatic garlic oil into the crackers and stir. This should be done at the very end, before mixing all the ingredients, so that the crackers do not have time to get soggy.

Step 8

Step 8
In a salad bowl, combine beans, crab sticks, eggs and garlic croutons.

Step 9

Step 9
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix.

Step 10

Step 10
Serve immediately before the croutons become soggy. Bon appetit!
