Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a layered salad with pineapple and smoked cheese? Prepare your food. The chicken can be boiled, baked and even smoked. But in this case, instead of smoked cheese, use regular cheese so as not to overdo it with the taste. I have baked breast. Pineapples are suitable both in rings and in pieces. You can make mayonnaise yourself, look below for a link to recipes. If you are preparing a salad not in a ring, then simply cut and grate the ingredients and mix in a salad bowl.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the chicken meat into small cubes. Then mix it with a spoon of mayonnaise — this way the bottom layer of the salad will not crumble.

Step 3

Step 3
Take a suitable plate and place a ring on it. Place the first layer of chicken mixed with mayonnaise. Press the layer well with a special press or the bottom of a glass — this will make the layered salad look more beautiful.

Step 4

Step 4
Remove the pineapples from the jar and dry off any excess liquid. Cut the rings (or pieces) into cubes the same size as the chicken. You can leave a couple of pieces to decorate the salad.

Step 5

Step 5
Place the pineapples on top of the chicken and press down as well. Spread with a spoon of mayonnaise.

Step 6

Step 6
Peel the boiled eggs and grate on a coarse grater.

Step 7

Step 7
Place the eggs in the next layer. Lubricate it with mayonnaise.

Step 8

Step 8
Grate smoked sausage cheese on a coarse grater. To make this more convenient, put the cheese in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Step 9

Step 9
Place the cheese in the ring and spread a spoonful of mayonnaise on top of it.

Step 10

Step 10
Chop the walnuts into small pieces. You can pre-dry them in a dry frying pan.

Step 11

Step 11
Sprinkle the salad with chopped nuts. Place the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to soak.

Step 12

Step 12
Then take it out, remove the ring from the salad and serve. Bon appetit!
