Mayonnaise 3 tbsp

How to make egg and smoked cheese salad? Very simple. Prepare the necessary products. Boil the eggs in advance. Place eggs at room temperature carefully so as not to break them into a cooking container. Fill them with water so that it completely covers the eggs. Bring the water to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 7 minutes. This time is enough to hard boil the eggs.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and place in a salad bowl.

Peel the eggs and cut into cubes. Place the eggs in a bowl with the remaining chopped ingredients.

Wash, peel and cut the onion into half rings. I divided the half rings in half. I thought the salad would sound better this way.
