Delicious, simple, great — your guests will not be disappointed! Salad with peas and sausage is very similar in composition to Olivier salad, but with minor changes — there are no potatoes in the salad, and the cucumbers are taken fresh. Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with canned green peas, sausage and fresh cucumber? Prepare your food. Take good quality sausage; the taste of the entire salad will depend on its taste. Boil the eggs and carrots first. Place the peas in a sieve to drain excess liquid. You can use store-bought or homemade mayonnaise. You will find a link to a collection of recipes for making homemade mayonnaise at the end of the recipe, under all the steps.

Step 2

Step 2
Eggs, previously boiled, cooled and peeled, cut into pea-sized cubes.

Step 3

Step 3
Cut the sausage in the same way — salads cut into pieces of the same shape and size will look neater and more aesthetically pleasing.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel the boiled carrots and also cut into cubes.

Step 5

Step 5
Cut off the ends of a fresh cucumber. Cut the cucumber back into cubes.

Step 6

Step 6
Place all salad ingredients in a salad bowl and mix. You can add salt and pepper to taste. Just keep in mind that the salad will be seasoned with mayonnaise, which already contains salt. It’s better to season the salad with mayonnaise just before serving, as fresh cucumber will give a lot of juice. If you prepare the salad in advance, keep it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Step 7

Step 7
You can add any chopped greens to the salad. Bon appetit!
