Basic:

Onion (small) 1 pc
Garlic 1 clove

Chicken breasts 250 g
Vegetable oil (2 tbsp for frying the breast, 5 tbsp. for refueling) 7 tbsp

How to make a salad with Chinese cabbage, chicken breast and vegetables? First of all, prepare all the products that are indicated in the recipe. Instead of chicken breast for the salad, you can use turkey breast. Boil chicken eggs hard and cool.

Remove the outer leaves of Chinese cabbage if they are damaged. Wash all vegetables, lemon and chicken breast in cold water, then dry thoroughly with paper towels. There should be no excess moisture left on the products.

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips or small cubes, as you prefer. Lightly salt the chicken, add a pinch of your favorite seasoning, a little ground pepper and stir. Heat about 2 tbsp in a frying pan. vegetable oil, fry the chicken breast over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked. It is permissible to boil chicken for salad.

While the breast is cooking, cut the cabbage leaves into thin strips and place in a salad bowl.

Chop the cucumber into thin circles or semicircles.

Cut the tomatoes into small slices. If you have cherry tomatoes, use those too. They are usually juicy, have a sweet taste and are ideal for vegetable salads. Send them to cabbage and cucumbers.
