Basic:

Tomatoes (small) 2 pc

Champignon 200 g
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Smoked chicken (can be boiled) 200 g

How to make fried mushroom salad with egg and chicken? Prepare the ingredients: smoked chicken (leg or breast); boiled and peeled chicken eggs; hard cheese; half a medium onion; champignons washed or wiped free of dirt with a damp cloth; small tomatoes; mayonnaise (preferably homemade); oil for frying mushrooms.

Finely chop the onion.

Pour boiling water over the onion and leave to cool slightly until the bitterness goes away. Then drain the water. You can pickle the onions if you wish by adding 1 teaspoon of 9% vinegar and 0.5 teaspoon each of salt and sugar to the water. With pickled onions, the salad becomes more piquant.

Cut the champignon mushrooms into slices. If the mushrooms are large, first cut the mushroom in half and then cut into slices.
