Very tasty salad. Easy to prepare and quick to eat! I donʼt really like messing with fish. But this salad is worth it!

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt 1 tsp
Potato 4 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Table vinegar 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 200 g
Chicken eggs 1 pc
cucumbers 1 pc
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Perch 500 g

Recipe instructions

For the salad, boil potatoes and carrots. We bake the fish (you can use smoked fish, cod is also suitable). Boil the egg.

Peel the onion and cut into fairly large pieces.

To beat off the bitterness, pour a tablespoon of vinegar on the onion (preferably natural — apple or grape) and pour boiling water over it all and leave for about 15 minutes.

While the onions are steaming, peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into cubes.

Add soy sauce and vegetable oil. Mix everything well.

Now letʼs take care of the fish. We take it apart into pieces, carefully removing all the bones.

Add mayonnaise and mix.

Cut the cucumber (can be replaced with tomato) into cubes. Drain the onion and rinse it with cold water. And finally, we connect all the components together. Yes, and don’t forget about salt!

Mix our salad. Place on plates and decorate with eggs and herbs. Bon appetit!
