How to make a salad with meat and cucumbers? First of all, prepare the products indicated on the list. Bell peppers can be used in different colors, then the finished dish will come out incredibly bright and appetizing. Rinse the cucumber, bell pepper and peeled garlic in clean water.

Cut the cucumbers into thin strips about 5 centimeters long. Place the cubes in a plate or small bowl, add salt and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Cut the onion into thin half rings, and chop the garlic finely by hand. If desired, press the garlic through a press. For the recipe, I used half an onion and half a red salad onion.
