How to make a classic Pomegranate bracelet salad with chicken? Prepare the ingredients. To prepare the Pomegranate Bracelet salad, we will need: 300 g of beets; 250 g chicken fillet; 100 g mayonnaise; 60 g walnuts; 3 eggs; 2 potatoes; 1 carrot; mayonnaise. For decoration you will need 1 pomegranate.

Wash the chicken fillet and dry. Season the fillet with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C. Then unfold the foil and bake the chicken until golden brown. Instead of baking, chicken fillet can be boiled in salted water until tender.

Cool the meat and cut into small pieces.

Boil the potatoes until tender, cool and peel. Grate.
