Hard cheese 80 g
Mayonnaise (or to taste) 1 tbsp
Greenery (fresh to serve) to taste
cucumbers (large) 1 pc
Marinated mushrooms (champignons or canned) 80 g

Peel the fresh cucumber (if necessary) and cut into medium cubes. Place on the bottom of the salad bowl and cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
