Hard cheese 80 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Squid 300 g
Cherry tomatoes 120 g

How to make Red Sea salad with tomatoes and squid? Prepare your ingredients. We will need: fresh or frozen squid, tomatoes (I used cherry tomatoes); cheese; garlic; mayonnaise. You can add salt and pepper if desired.

If the squids are frozen, defrost them first. If the carcasses are uncleaned, rinse them thoroughly and remove skin and films, remove the chord. Boil the squids one at a time in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then they will retain their shape. Donʼt cook any longer!!! Otherwise, the squid will become tough as rubber and completely tasteless.
