Festive "Candle" Salad with Crab Sticks, Mushrooms, and Chicken

Pickles 100 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Marinated mushrooms 80 g
Chicken fillet 300 g
Processed cheese 200 g

For decoration:

Greenery to taste
Crab sticks 1 pc
Pomegranate 1 tbsp

How to make a New Yearʼs salad Candle with crab sticks, mushrooms and chicken For the salad, boil the chicken fillet and eggs in advance.

Cut the fillet into cubes. Cut the mushrooms, cucumbers and onions into cubes and mix together. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites and grate them individually.

Layer 1. Mix chicken fillet with 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper and spread in an even layer on a dish.

Layer 2 — spread a mixture of mushrooms, cucumbers and onions. Apply a mesh of mayonnaise.

Layer 3 — grated yolks and mayonnaise. Set aside a teaspoon of yolks for decoration.

We lay out the bottom of the salad with dill, as a candle — we make cross-shaped cuts on the crab stick and lightly cut off the top layer (we make a pattern), and use the yolk to make a wick.
