Basic:

Eggs 3 pc
Hard cheese 100 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Ham 200 g
cucumbers (fresh, medium size) 2 pc
Canned champignons (maybe fresh) 200 g

Chop the onions and champignons. Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil, and fry the onions and champignons.

Cut the ham into cubes.

We peel the pre-boiled eggs and also cut them into cubes.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Mix all ingredients except cucumbers and add mayonnaise.
