Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with chicken, Korean carrots and mushrooms? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The proportions for the salad are approximate, since something can be added a little more or less according to availability or at your discretion

Step 2

Step 2
Chicken and eggs must be boiled in advance. Cook the eggs in boiling water for about 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and fill them with cold water. Place the chicken fillet in boiling water and cook for about 30 minutes, adding a little salt. Cool the finished chicken meat and eggs completely. Peel the cooled eggs from their shells.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the onion and chop finely. Rinse the champignons thoroughly to remove dirt, dry and cut. Do not crush them too much, as they will shrink further in size when frying. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the mushrooms and onions for 7-10 minutes until the moisture evaporates. Salt it a little. Then cool the mushrooms.

Step 4

Step 4
Cut the chicken meat into small cubes. Add chopped eggs to the chicken.

Step 5

Step 5
Next, add the cooled mushrooms and Korean carrots.

Step 6

Step 6
Season all ingredients with mayonnaise, transfer to a salad bowl and serve. Before serving, you can cool it slightly so that all ingredients are at the same temperature. You can add a little ground pepper. Bon appetit!
