Winter-Themed Chicken and Potato Layered Salad

A salad with a winter name will certainly be a hit on the summer table. Hearty and very tasty salad. Many have probably noticed that winter themes are very relevant in the summer; in the heat you want coolness. The salad consists of several layers. In my version, chicken was used, but this salad can be made from fish. Our industry produces mayonnaise sauce with mushrooms; if this is not available, champignons will not go amiss in the salad.

Step 1

Step 1
Salad products

Step 2

Step 2
Prepare the ingredients for the salad: remove the bones from the boiled chicken and cut it very finely.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the bell pepper from seeds and finely chop it, wash it and chop it. Mix greens and pepper. You can add a little salt.

Step 4

Step 4
Boil the eggs hard, peel them and cut them in half. Put the whites aside, we will need whole halves, chop the yolks.

Step 5

Step 5
Three cheeses through a grater. Choose the size of the grater as desired

Step 6

Step 6
Peel the boiled potatoes, chop them finely and form the bottom layer from them. You can add a little salt.

Step 7

Step 7
Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise.

Step 8

Step 8
Form a layer of chicken. We do not lay out all the chicken, we put about a quarter of the mass in a separate bowl, from which we will make the filling for the proteins.

Step 9

Step 9
Place greens and pepper on the chicken. Lubricate this layer with mayonnaise.

Step 10

Step 10
Pour in some of the cheese.

Step 11

Step 11
Sprinkle with chopped yolks. We also divide the yolks. Add 1/3 to the chicken to prepare the filling.

Step 12

Step 12
Mix chicken, yolks and a tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Step 13

Step 13
Stuff the egg white halves with this mixture.

Step 14

Step 14
We form the top layer from the stuffed proteins.

Step 15

Step 15
Pour the remaining mayonnaise over the salad and sprinkle with cheese.

Step 16

Step 16
It turns out to be a winter crust with a lot of snowdrifts. We decorate with sprigs of dill, so reminiscent of spruce branches. Quite a wintry picture, snow, spruce branches and a dim sun raised above the snowdrifts

Step 17

Step 17
The salad is very good when divided into portions.
