A bright exotic salad for everyday life and holidays. Another interesting salad with Chinese cabbage and shrimp, but with a completely different dressing. This dressing is suitable not only for salads, it is also good to serve baked potatoes whole or in wedges. It also goes well with fish dishes.

Ingredients (5 portions)

Basic:

Salt 1 tsp
Pineapples 300 g
Shrimps 300 g
Pomegranate 100 g
Chinese cabbage 400 g

Refueling:

Olive oil 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Sour cream 3 tbsp
Grainy mustard 1 tsp

Separate the pomegranate into grains.

Remove the pineapples from the syrup, squeeze lightly and cut into small pieces. I already had pineapples cut into pieces.

Pour water over the shrimp, add salt, bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes. Drain the shrimp in a colander.

Cut the Chinese cabbage into small pieces.

Stir. You can also use a blender to make the sauce more smooth and fluffy, but I wanted to keep the mustard seeds intact.
