Chicken and Mushroom Boyarsky Salad

I would even call this salad a man’s salad if it weren’t so popular among women)) Tasty, satisfying, nutritious. I offer you a basic salad recipe, but you can change it by adding certain ingredients. For example, you can add olives or potatoes to the salad.

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs (boiled) 3 pc
Hard cheese 150 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil (for frying) 1 tbsp
Pickles (Pickled cucumber will also work) 1 pc
Mushrooms (I have white ones, but you can use any others) 150 g
Paprika to taste
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Greenery (I have dill and parsley) to taste
Chicken fillet (boiled, smoked, grilled) 300 g

Cut the onion into strips.

Fry mushrooms with onions and add salt. If you are not using champignons, lightly fry the mushrooms, add water and simmer for half an hour, then evaporate the water and fry again.

While the mushrooms are frying, work on other foods. Cut the fillet into cubes.
