Chicken & Bean Hearty Salad

An appetizing hearty salad for everyday life and holidays. I love beans in all their forms, although I haven’t cooked anything with them for a long time. And then I visited my mother and tried the unearthly delicious bean soup. And upon arrival, I immediately decided to cook something like that too. I decided — I prepared it. This is such a spicy salad. You can use mayonnaise instead of sour cream, but it somehow tastes better with sour cream.

Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Walnuts 120 g
Sour cream 3 tbsp
Chicken fillet (boiled) 300 g
Red beans (canned) 250 g

How to make Bean Salad with Chicken? Prepare your ingredients. First boil the chicken fillet in salted water. Remove from broth and dry. I always cook the chicken the night before and leave it in the broth to cool. Then I put it in the broth in the refrigerator until the morning. This way the chicken meat will retain its juiciness and will not fall apart into small pieces. Place the beans in a colander to drain all the liquid.
