Ingredients (7 portions)

Basic:

Salt (It took me a little more than 0.5 tsp.) to taste
Hard cheese 200 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Champignon (canned) 250 g
Pickles 1 pc
Mayonnaise (can be replaced with unsweetened yogurt or sour cream) 100 g
Chicken eggs (large) 2 pc
cucumbers 1 pc
Chicken fillet (the weight of the cooked fillet is indicated) 250 g

How to make Gourmet salad with chicken and mushrooms? Prepare your food. Boil the chicken fillet until tender, and the eggs too. Cool them down. Remove canned champignons from brine.

Peel the onions, wash them, chop them finely, pour boiling water over them and let the excess bitterness go away (before adding to the salad, we will thoroughly squeeze the onions). Drain the champignons in a colander from excess liquid.

Slice fresh and pickled cucumbers.

Grate the cheese into a bowl using a medium grater.

Chop the boiled chicken fillet and champignons.

Grate the eggs on a coarse grater.

Place all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, add mayonnaise (yogurt or sour cream) and, if necessary, add a little salt.

Place the salad on a plate in a heap and garnish. I have a bell pepper flower with arugula leaves. It is advisable to cool the salad a little before serving — this will make it even tastier. Bon appetit!
