Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Eggs (boiled) 2 pc
Potato (boiled) 1 pc
Carrot (boiled) 1 pc
Salted cucumbers 3 pc
Mushrooms (salted or pickled) 70 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Salami (maybe hunting sausages) 70 g

How to make Hunterʼs salad with pickles and smoked sausage? Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs until tender in advance. Grate potatoes, carrots and eggs. Cut the salami and cucumbers into cubes. If the salted mushrooms are large, cut them into cubes.

Lay out the salad in layers. Spread each layer with mayonnaise. Layer 1 — potatoes and mayonnaise.

Layer 2 — cucumbers and mayonnaise (very little mayonnaise).

Layer 3 — carrots and mayonnaise.

Layer 6 — eggs. I grate the white and yolk separately, but this is not so important :) Garnish with a sprig of herbs, let it brew and serve.
